My double room was modern.

The staff were all pleasant and accommodating, which was unquestionably a plus.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful park with flowers and animals 🌺🐾. It's an excellent spot to stay at!

Our stay was very very good, and the entire staff was super-friendly. The room was functional, compact and had central heating, an LCD TV, and a writing table.

Reasonably priced hotel just minutes away from a tram station. the queen room comes with a nice shower and a comfortable double bed. - Very good breakfast offering lots of delicacies. - the staff was amazingly nice.

The hotel was well priced and fairly clean, immaculately clean rooms. An electronic key card, a multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room, marvellous location. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, freshly made food, really good staff.

The location near the airport was convenient for us.

The air conditioning was weak.

The gentleman working the front desk was excellant. Very professional customer service oriented and spoke very good english which was a big help to many customers I had observed. Even though he was suffering from sever allergies he was still able continue to provide great service to everyone. He was helpful and knowledgeable about questions I had on the locations of area facitlies and airport info. My room was very clean, quite and comnfortable, the Air conditioning worked great too. The room for the price was very good. I did not have time to try the morning breakfast as I needed to catch a flight, but I was offered it at checkin and declined.

The only thing that was anykind of a problem was finding your hotel by bus intially after I had booked online the day before checking in. First I had gone to the Etap at down town, not realizing you had 3 locations. There they help happily directed me to the proper location and I reboarded another bus. Once near by my correct Etap, I could not easily find your hotel entrance door. I asked at Notel and they directed me to the door around to the backside off a side street. It was funny actually as I could see the Etap sign but not the door :)) One other minor issue was that there was a loud scuffle amoung some 5 or so "ladies of the night" at daybreak under my 6 floor windows. I had to get up anyway for an early flight plus this is no reflection on the hotel.
